It’s been a busy month in marketing!! We’ve been conducting detailed surveys, asking our lovely stores and customers what we can do to serve them better.
A special thank you to shops Beige Plus, Emma Plus and Scarlett Monroe, as well as to those special individual online customers, Amanda Taylor, Sharon Cross, Pennie Kennedy and Linda Baker. You gave us invaluable advice on how we can improve across the board– from cost, to fit, to what styles you’d like to see more of and which just weren’t working for you. We are hoping to hear a lot more from you in 2010! Let’s keep this conversation going– so we can all look even more amazing!
