The New ‘Book Bag’
French fashion designer Olympia Le-Tan has designed a unique alternative to your average clutch bag. The designer takes inspiration from first edition novel book covers like Moby Dick and creates these funky new box clutch bags. The new collection is named “You can’t judge a book by it’s cover”
Clemence Posey, French actress and model was seen styling one of the Olympia Le-Tan book inspired clutch bags at the London Premiere of Harry Potter And The deathly Hallows last week.

I saw Natalie Portman with a Lolita one at the Black Swan premiere. I had wondered if it was a more of a political statement than a fashion one — not too long ago she was standing up for Roman Polanski in regard to his assault case against a 13 year old girl. Anyhooooo, they are cute (the purses, not Portman and Polanski).
