Behind-the-Scenes Peek at the White Label AW ‘13 Photo Shoot
The studio photo shoot for the campaign imagery for Anna’s Autumn-Winter 2013 White Label collection was a big success earlier this week.
We don’t want to reveal too much, but here are just a few tantalising photos [courtesy of our intern, Anne] with more to come…(can’t promise too many more of Frida though– she’s expensive and very choosy about how her image is used!).

A Model Act!
Anna’s collaboration with Whitney Thompson has made her America’s Next Top Model alumnae proud!
The ATNM website posted photos of Whitney “looking gorgeous in Anna Scholz’s luxurious dresses”.
As the website states, Whitney “remains the only plus-sized model to ever win a cycle of America’s Next Top Model, and she continues to prove to the world that she can be a success”.
These lovely pieces are currently available at the Anna Scholz web shop.

Bird Is the Word!
Anna’s earth-tone bird of paradise print is big news this season. The great thing about this print is how versatile it is. It can look retro or thoroughly modern. There are as many ways wear this print and preen your plumage as there are birds in the sky. We particularly love the way these two different publications have styled Anna’s bird print pieces.
PLUS Model magazine created a story with the model Kailee O’Sullivan, who has worked with Anna before. Kailee’s rocking Anna’s silk bird print wrap dress with some fierce hair and accessories.
The ever slick and stylish SLiNK magazine has included Anna’s silk bird print frill tunic in a spread on 70s style. Don’t step on those blue suede boots!
Flick through PLUS Model magazine or SLiNK magazine online for more style inspiration.

San Glaser: The Voice Behind the White Label Collection
When it came to choosing music for the video for Anna Scholz’s Autumn-Winter 2010 White Label collection, there was no contest. Singer-songwriter San Glaser has just the right mix of sultry soulfulness to convey the luxurious glamour and sex appeal that Anna’s White Label represents. Watch the video on the homepage of the annascholz web site and you’ll be instantly transported to a world of vintage-inspired elegance and chic femininity.
Like Anna Scholz, San Glaser hails from Hamburg, Germany. She completed her studies in jazz voice, harmonics and vocal pedagogy. She then went on to sing for Jazzkantine and to work with the band of soul entrepreneur Stefan Gwildis. Glaser made her solo debut with the 2005 album, Never in Vain. Her second album, New Road, has been described as “full of honesty, balmy tonality and profound substance, with a decent pinch of pop added to her very own interpretation of jazz.”
New Road treads many musical paths as well as documenting an internal journey for San Glaser, who sums up her natural style by saying, “I always prefer looking at the pure sky rather than fireworks”.
